Clearwire Shareholders Approve Xohm WiMax Deal
It’s official — with the approval of Clearwire shareholders today of the merger between Clearwire and Sprint’s Xohm business, only bureaucracy and paper-pushing stands in the way of the creation of the “New Clearwire” and its planned nationwide WiMax network. Well, paperwork and a whole lot of execution, marketing and work involved with running a new wireless data network.

Well then Game On, sir. Let’s get this WiMax show on the road.

This is great news for the WiMAX technology. With the favorable winds from Google, Intel and other investors the WiMAX boat should go full speed ahead from now on.
