I was very excited about xohm service in baltimore because I have been following wimax technology for a while. I have to report that my experience has been very bad. When my neighborhood was covered I signed up for service, but have been completely unable to get any signal in my house (or even on my front porch). The company has not been helpful and basically says -- oh you're covered. For a while, they said that they would be "tweaking the towers" but have finally told me that they've done whatever they are going to do. They did manage to wait more than 30 days so I can't return the hardware that I bought from them. I am totally disgusted by the experience.
