		<description>I remember the hell that I had to go through to get a T1 to a *residence* in the 90s. Several carriers said that they wouldn't do it. Finally I got XO Communications/Concentric.net to agree, and things went swimmingly.

Problem is that the telcos like to maintain their control. Look at the problems that Verizon is having getting into some areas.</description>
